An experimentation platform where flag checks are free. Now part of Amplitude. Every claim about Statsig below links to its own docs or pricing, read on 12 and 15 October 2026.
Who Statsig is for
Product, engineering and data teams that want to measure the effect of every release (“Measure what ships. Ship what matters.”). OpenAI acquired Statsig in 2025, and in May 2026 Amplitude took on its brand and customers.

featflags
Unlimited seats and flags on every plan, and no per-user pricing. Free has fixed limits and no overage. Team ([PRICE]/month) and Business ([PRICE]/month) include a monthly traffic allowance and charge [PRICE] per million above it.
Prices aren’t final yet; see pricing.
Statsig
Flag and config checks are unlimited on every plan. Billing counts events: Developer is free with 2M a month, and Pro is $150/month with 5M included and $0.05 per 1,000 after that. Flag exposures count only when Metric Lifts is on and the flag is a partial rollout. Enterprise is priced on request.

Moving from Statsig
There’s no importer for Statsig yet. Recreate your flags and segments in the dashboard, or script the move with the featflags CLI, the API or the Terraform provider.
When to pick Statsig instead
Experiments are the point and you want CUPED or switchback tests, which every Statsig plan has, or holdouts and bandits on Pro.
PricingExperimentsYou want product analytics and session replay in the same tool as your flags.
PricingYou check flags very often but log few events, since flag checks are free.
